Our agency was founded in 1907 by C.A. Woodall, Sr. Since that time it has grown to include a professional staff of eleven insurance and real estate specialists. In early 1990 we established our Trigg County office through the purchase of the Trigg County Insurance Agency.

We presently serve the insurance needs of approximately 2,300 individuals and families and approximately 800 businesses and farms in Caldwell, Lyon, Trigg and other counties in Western Kentucky.

Our real estate department maintains a good selection of residential property in the Princeton area. We take pride in being able to always represent both buyer and seller in an efficient and fair manner.

Our office in Princeton is located next to historic Big Springs Park and our office in Cadiz is located in the historic downtown section. Both offices have state-of-the art computer systems for record keeping and comparative rating.
